Standard furniture delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within Poland. For international orders, delivery times vary by destination and can range from 2-4 weeks. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
What is your furniture return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all furniture items. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and documentation. Custom or made-to-order pieces may have different terms. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
Do you ship large furniture items?
Yes, we ship all furniture items including large pieces like sofas, beds, and dining tables. Large items are carefully packaged and shipped via specialized furniture carriers. Delivery includes white-glove service for items over 100kg, which includes assembly and placement in your home.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
If your furniture arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Our team will coordinate pickup of the damaged item and ensure you receive a replacement quickly.
